FREE MINI NEURO COURSE FOR PARENTS & TEENS

“Why We Feel, React, and Communicate the Way We Do”

Neuroscience is the scientific study of the brain, nervous system, and how they shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It explores how the brain develops, how it responds to stress, how we learn and make decisions, and how our neural pathways change through experience — a process known as neuroplasticity.

Unlock the science behind your teen’s emotions  (and your own) in just 3 short lessons.

Inside this free mini‑course, you’ll learn:

• Why teens react before they think

• How to calm emotional spikes in 60 seconds

• What triggers actually are (and how to stop repeating patterns)

• The #1 tool that instantly improves communication

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the RISE UP™ Method?

A neuroscience‑aligned coaching framework that helps you regulate emotions, shift patterns, and build confidence from the inside out.

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching focuses on tools, skills, and forward momentum — not diagnosis or clinical treatment.

Who do you work with?

Adults, teens, and families who want clarity, emotional steadiness, and real transformation.

How long are the programs?

Most clients choose the 8‑week program. Deeper identity and integration work is available in the 12‑week intensive.

What happens in the family program?

Each week includes a private session for the teen and a private session for the parent — two tracks, one transformation.

Is everything my teen shares confidential?

Yes. Teen sessions stay private. Parent sessions focus on your growth, not monitoring your child.

Do you integrate faith?

Yes, when requested. The method works for both faith‑based and secular clients.

How much time do I need each week?

Adults: about one hour. Families: 90 minutes total (45 minutes teen + 45 minutes parent).

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — flexible options are available.

Where do sessions take place?

Online for convenience, privacy, and consistency.

What if I need to reschedule?

No problem — just give notice and we’ll adjust.

Do you offer support between sessions?

Yes — light messaging support is included.

How do I know which program is right for me?

We’ll figure it out together during your RISE UP Discovery call.

How soon will I see results?

Most clients feel shifts within the first 2–3 weeks.

What happens after the program ends?

You can continue with ongoing support, join alumni options, or step into the next level of coaching.
